Wired Magazine’s Gadget Lab Announces Best New Gear List

Byloos Designed Couch Strap at Wired Magazine

Always nice to get a little surprise in the morning. Today, it came in the form of a facebook message from Dan Perkins, owner and founder of Couch Guitar Straps from Long Beach. A few years ago, I did a little design for his Artist Series guitar straps, most of which feature vegan, dead-stock vintage vinyl. I guess we did pretty well with the design, and it’s gone on to sell to a lot of musicians.

The message was a link over to this: Wired Magazine’s Gadget Lab feature, where writer Michael Calore lists and briefly discusses Wired Magazine’s Best New Gear for Musicians, Fans. On page ten, which I just linked you over to directly, you’ll see the Byloos design. It’s in the far left side of the picture, black strap with a Victorian style filigree pattern in white.
