JULY 17, 2010 Photos From Saturday Reading With Special Guests, at PILOT Books, Seattle
Thanks to the small but attentive gathering at the very lovely bookstore in Seattle, Pilot, and to Summer for making this happen. Matthew was awesome, Carrie was awesome, it was a great night for sure. Excepting the fact that we got pulled over twice for expired tags, that is. Here are a few pictures, some by M. Simmons (the 2 interesting ones), some by me (the crappy ones).

Maybe it’s overrated and maybe it’s just because this is all still pretty new to me, but the idea of leaving the state to go and read to strangers is awesome. So… a new reading, at what appears to be a wonderful idea of a book store, indie books only, in Seattle. Couple of very special writers also reading with me on a Saturday evening in July.
