PLOP! Performance Series: Seattle Reading Information

Matty Byloos Reading at PLOP!, Seattle, WA
This one just got added to the calendar for the fall of 2010 — another great reading booked for Seattle, Washington. This time, host Josie Davis was awesome enough to accept my submission to the series, and we planned out a time slot for October of this year. Whoopie!

Plop Reading and Performance Series, Seattle

According to Josie and the history section of the Plop site, “PLOP! is an all new performance series produced and curated by Seattle artist Josie Davis. Performances happen 3rd Saturdays of each month, so be sure to mark your calendar! PLOP! Invites select literary and music artists from across the Northwest to perform their work in an intimate house setting for a unique, wide eyed audience. Want to PLOP!? Bring your pillow to Beacon Hill.”

I am totally looking forward to this. If everything works out alright, I can get Josh Atlas to make a trip up to the Pacific Northwest and maybe by that time, we’ll have a brand new video ready to go along with the reading.

That being said, if anyone up there has a gigantic television screen that we can use, or a video projector that we can hook a Mac up to, along with a projection screen, let me know so we can try to work out some details here. Probably won’t work out, but just in case… I thought I ought to throw that out to the ether.
