Took a late night trip out to the Echo in Echo Park last night to see Fujiya & Miyagi. Here’s a peek at some things on the band.

This was a really good show — quite surprised at how young the crowd was, seemed to be one of those bands with a split audience. Die-hards and cross-overs. Anyway. Didn’t remove anything from the quality of the music. Tight rhythm section, great singing in tandem between the lead singer and the bass player at times, the lead singer and the keyboard player during other songs. (more…)
